There is no limit possible to the expansion of each one of us.

Welcome! I feel so privileged that you’ve allowed me to step into your life. I understand how difficult it is to be open with a stranger, and my number one goal is to create a space that allows for the natural and comfortable unfolding of your experience. I know that the process of therapy can be challenging. I’m here to provide you with the tools necessary so that you can meet challenges with strength, courage, and a plan.

Working with Me

As a child of first-generation immigrants, I’ve been exposed to the various challenges of acclimating to new environments and finding my place in the world. I understand the impact of endings, like a divorce or death, and the power of beginnings, like a move, a new relationship, or career change. These transitions can be confusing and distressing, requiring you to reflect on your identity and reconfigure the dynamics of your life to meet you where you are now.

“The wound is the place where the Light enters you.”– Rumi

My approach is relational, attachment-informed, and depth-oriented, grounded in warmth, compassion, collaboration, and a deep respect for the wisdom of the inner healing process. I work carefully and intentionally, helping clients access deeper insight, emotional flexibility, and meaningful change.

I’m straightforward without being harsh, providing you with the skills and insight needed to heal and establish & maintain healthy relationships.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Couples and Sex Therapist, and Psychedelic Psychotherapist licensed in California. I currently reside and practice in the Bay Area. My office is nestled in the forest in West Marin, a perfect serene setting for transformation and reconnecting to nature.

I specialize in ketamine and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, relationship therapy, and therapy for creatives.

I have spent the past four years working closely alongside Dr. Phil Wolfson, MD—one of the pioneers of ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and the author of The Ketamine Papers. During this time, I have treated hundreds of patients in clinical KAP work and have had the privilege of leading trainings and educating physicians and therapists in ethical, effective psychedelic-assisted treatment. This long-term mentorship and collaboration has deeply shaped my clinical approach, and I remain committed to carrying forward Dr. Wolfson’s legacy of rigor, integrity, and care in psychedelic psychotherapy, honoring both the clinical and sacred dimensions of this work.

Earlier in my career, my fieldwork included working with children, families, and adults healing from trauma, abuse, and mood disorders. These experiences continue to inform my work today, particularly my attention to safety, attachment dynamics, and the nervous system—essential foundations for both traditional and psychedelic-assisted therapy, and for creating a container in which deep healing can unfold.

I completed a post-master’s fellowship in couples and sex therapy at UCLA through the American Association of Couples and Sex Therapists (AACAST). My training integrated contemporary neuroscience and psychobiology with clinically sophisticated approaches to working with relational, sexual, and intimacy concerns. I support individuals and couples in deepening connection, gently addressing patterns that limit closeness, and cultivating more authentic, embodied, and emotionally attuned relationships.

In addition to my clinical work, I am a trained musician and seasoned performer. Having lived a creative life myself, I understand the vulnerability, courage, and sacrifice it takes to pursue a creative career. I understand the ups and downs that can cause internal and external instability and how fear and damaging ideas can keep one from reaching their full potential. I help creatives recognize, nurture, and heal their inner artist to integrate soul, spirit, and identity back into the whole person.
